Located on a cul-de-sac in the Naushop subdivision. The property is one block to the recreation center, which includes a pool, a playground, and two tennis courts, one and one half miles to Surfside Beach, two miles to town and one and one half blocks to the shuttle bus. It was completed in 1999. The house also has central air conditioning.
The Dining Room has a family sized table and eight chairs. This room opens to the living room/kitchen combination. The Kitchen has a writing desk, counter seating, and appliances including a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a dryer, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator and a stove.
The Living room has a television with a DVD player and surround-sound speakers, some chairs, a couch and French doors leading outside to the patio. Off the Living room are private back and side yards with grassy play areas and a brick patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill.
The Family Room has a couch with pull out queen size sleeper, a chair, a television, a VCR, and a CD/Radio. There are also French doors leading outside to the patio and a full bathroom off the Family Room.
There is a bedroom (Bedroom Four) located past the Family Rooms. It has a queen sized bed and a counter with a sink.
Above the Dining Room and Living Room is a Master Suite (Bedroom Two) with a queen-size bed and a full bath. Also, there is a bedroom (Bedroom One) with two twin beds and another bathroom.
The second floor over the back of the house has a separate stairway, and a large bedroom (Bedroom Five) with two twin beds, a pull out couch and its own sink and a TV/VCR.
Bedroom Three covers the entire third floor above Bedroom One and Two and has a queen size bed and great views of the conservation land and the surrounding neighborhood.
There is a Brick patio off of the Family and Living rooms with a gas grill and patio furniture. It’s in a private side yard with Privet hedge and an outdoor shower (for after beach use). The back of the property abuts conservation land. There is off street parking for up to four cars.
